Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all manufacturing operations related to pipe extrusion and fittings production (UPVC, Agri, Conduits, HDPE, Drip). Ensure timely and quality production as per BIS and industry standards (IS 4985, IS 9537, IS 4984, etc.). Monitor machine efficiency, output, downtime, and troubleshoot production issues. Implement lean manufacturing and cost control practices. Supervise and train shift engineers, supervisors, and operators. Coordinate with the maintenance, QA/QC, planning, and logistics departments. Familiar with the Quality control requirements of the products as per the relevant BIS standard
Key Requirements:

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Polymer / Production Engineering. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in plastic pipe extrusion (mandatory). Strong knowledge of pipe manufacturing machinery and maintenance know-how (Kabra, Windsor, Sai, etc.).

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
