Job Description

Oversee and coordinate all production activities related to

steel structure fabrication, welding, and assembly for components

. Develop and manage production schedules to meet project deadlines and customer delivery timelines. Lead a team of fabricators, welders, machinists, and assembly technicians; ensure proper training and development. Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity on the shop floor. Ensure that all fabricate meet engineering drawings and technical specifications. Monitor raw material usage, manage inventory, and reduce waste and inefficiencies. Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and installation teams to align production goals with project requirements. Maintain and troubleshoot machinery and fabrication equipment to minimize downtime. Implement and oversee Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant welding standards, certifications (e.g., ISO, EN, ASME), and occupational health and safety regulations. Oversee and coordinate all production activities related to
