Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor production schedules to meet targets.
Manage workforce, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure discipline.
Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams for uninterrupted production.
Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing unit.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle production challenges and manpower effectively.
Ready to stay available round the clock as per production needs.
