Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dairy production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, optimizing resources, and driving operational excellence across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day production operations in line with production schedules. Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards as per FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO guidelines. Lead and supervise production teams across shifts to achieve targets efficiently with minimal downtime. Collaborate closely with maintenance, quality assurance, and inventory teams to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor production performance, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency. Maintain and review production documentation, ensuring readiness for audits and compliance checks. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on productivity, cost optimization, and process excellence. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety on the shop floor.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in dairy or food manufacturing (experience in the dairy industry is preferred). Proven hands-on experience with ISO standards and quality system implementation. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
