Job Summary: The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs efficiently, cost-effectively, and meets quality standards. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of textile production processes, particularly in velvet manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and manage the day-to-day production operations to meet targets in quality, quantity, and delivery timelines. Supervise and coordinate production staff to ensure smooth workflow across departments. Monitor production schedules, materials, and inventory levels to optimize resource utilization. Ensure compliance with quality control, safety, and maintenance standards. Collaborate with the design, procurement, and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Prepare production reports, analyze data, and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Maintain equipment and ensure timely preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Lead, motivate, and train production staff to achieve performance goals. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or a related field. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in textile manufacturing, preferably in velvet or fabric production. Strong understanding of textile machinery, production planning, and quality control. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of modern textile production technologies and ERP systems. Hands-on experience in process optimization and lean manufacturing practices. Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
