Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, managing, and controlling textile production to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and monitor daily and monthly production schedules

Manage manpower, machinery, and materials effectively

Oversee textile processes (weaving/knitting, dyeing, finishing)

Ensure quality control and minimize defects

Coordinate with merchandising, quality, and compliance teams

Maintain production reports and MIS

Ensure safety and statutory compliance

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Textile / Apparel Production or related field

10-15 years of relevant experience, including managerial exposure

Skills:

Strong production planning and leadership skills

Knowledge of textile processes and quality systems

Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
