Job Description

Planning, managing and controlling all factory functional departments to ensure that production output and quality targets are achieved to the set requirements by the management. Ensuring all production within the factory is achieving the output targets in terms of quantity, quality, yield, wastage, unit costs, and in accordance with health, safety and environment standards Preparing weekly production reports on achieved/ look-ahead basis, which is to be coordinated with the project management team. Controlling all the departments/ production lines in the factory to ensure strict compliance to establish procedures on quality control Overseeing the operation, programming and maintenance of imported machinery. Maintaining logbooks and upkeep of machines and developing/training operators for each specific machine

Job Requirements

Knowledge in Auto Cad & Microsoft office. Supervision, Coaching and Managing Processes and Process Improvement. Tracking Budget Expenses, Production Planning, Controls and Instrumentation. Strategic Planning, Dealing with Complexity, Financial Planning and Strategy. Achievement Orientation Ability to inspect the stone products for quality concerns
