5 to 7 years of relevant experience in production / manufacturing Salary
Up to 7 LPA (Based on experience and skill set) Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Battery Engineering
Candidates with experience in energy storage, batteries, or electrical manufacturing will be preferred Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee daily production activities
Ensure production targets are met as per quality and safety standards
Monitor manufacturing processes and improve efficiency and productivity
Coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery
Maintain production reports, schedules, and documentation
Implement process improvements to reduce wastage and downtime
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Handle and guide production teams on the shop floor Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of production planning and control
Hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, or battery-based manufacturing
Leadership and team-handling skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in battery manufacturing / EV / energy storage industry is an advantage
Ability to work independently and take ownership of production operations
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
