Role Overview
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end silver jewellery manufacturing operations. This role involves managing production planning, manpower, quality, timelines, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining export-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and control silver jewellery production activities
Manage daily production schedules and ensure timely order execution
Monitor productivity, efficiency, and wastage control
Ensure adherence to quality standards and buyer specifications
Handle manpower planning, allocation, and supervision on the production floor
Ensure compliance with safety, process, and operational standards
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Support management in continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in
silver jewellery manufacturing
Strong knowledge of end-to-end production processes
(casting, Plating, Wax, polishing, QC, etc.)
Experience in export-oriented manufacturing setup
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple orders simultaneously
Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
