Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure shift-wise smooth functioning.
Handle labour management, attendance, allocation of manpower and resolve on-floor issues.
Monitor production planning, daily output, quality checks and machine performance.
Ensure timely completion of production targets with minimum wastage.
Coordinate with supervisors, maintenance, purchase and dispatch teams.
Maintain production reports, shift logs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Preferred candidate from
Paper Industry
or
Manufacturing Industry
with strong shopfloor management experience.
