Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations in the Sitapura plant, ensuring output targets, quality standards and timely throughput.
Manage production scheduling, line set-ups, raw material handling, equipment operation and maintenance.
Monitor and ensure adherence to organic certification requirements (NPOP, USDA/NOP, EU etc.). Morarka Organic+1
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Procurement and Store departments to resolve production bottlenecks.
Analyse production data, identify inefficiencies or wastage, and implement improvements to optimise cost, yield and productivity.
Ensure safe working practices, training of operators and compliance with hygiene/sanitation standards specific to food processing.
Prepare shift-wise reports, downtime log, maintenance schedule tracking and production documentation.
Required Skills & Profile:
Bachelor's degree (Engineering / Food Technology / Industrial Production) or equivalent.
1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or food-processing environment; prior experience with organic food production is a plus.
Good understanding of production planning, process flows, line balancing, and basic housekeeping in food/processing industry.
Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, ability to work in shifts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about organic food production and sustainable practices.
