Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Oversee

end-to-end jewellery production

Strong in

Production Planning, Process Optimization, and Team Management

to ensure timely and quality delivery. Hands-on experience in

Plant Operations, Vendor Management, Supply Chain & Inventory Control

. Expertise in

Quality Assurance, Cost Control, and Preventive Maintenance

to maximize efficiency. Proficient in

production systems, ERP/MRP tools

, and data-driven performance tracking. Coordinate closely with design, QA, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth operations. Handle

risk management, manpower allocation, and process troubleshooting

proactively. Maintain

statutory compliance

, promote safety culture, and ensure resource optimization.

Key Requirements:

Minimum

8 years of experience

in jewellery manufacturing (gold/silver/metal-based). Strong

technical knowledge of production processes

and materials.

System-friendly, analytical

, and capable of handling multiple departments efficiently. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
