Job Summary*: -

The factory work manager oversees daily operations on the factory floor, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and on time. This role involves managing labor, monitoring machinery, and coordinating with the quality and supply chain teams.: -

Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations.

Allocate work to labour and monitor productivity.

Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Maintain records of production, attendance, and inventory.

Communicate with senior management regarding targets, delays, and improvements.

Solve minor issues related to workers, machinery, and processes.

Train and guide new workers or supervisors.

Minimum graduate degree or diploma in manufacturing/operations (preferred).

3+ years of experience in factory or shop-floor management.

Good leadership, coordination, and time-management skills.

Basic computer knowledge for reporting and record-keeping.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
