Key Responsibilities:

Solar :- Module Mounting Structure and Roll Forming Experience is a MUST

Project Implementation: ₹

Collaborate with the project team during the initial stages to plan and set up the manufacturing facility.
Evaluate and select appropriate machinery and equipment for roll forming and MMS production.
Develop and implement production workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Production Management:

Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and timely production.
Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high product standards.

Team Leadership: ₹

Recruit, train, and manage production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement design changes that facilitate manufacturing efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
