Key Responsibilities:

Solar :- Module Mounting Structure and Roll Forming Experience is a MUST

Project Implementation: ?

Collaborate with the project team during the initial stages to plan and set up the manufacturing facility. ? Evaluate and select appropriate machinery and equipment for roll forming and MMS production. ? Develop and implement production workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Production Management:

? Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and timely production. ? Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines. ? Implement quality control measures to maintain high product standards.

Team Leadership: ?

Recruit, train, and manage production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. ? Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching. ? Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Process Optimization:

? Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. ? Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into manufacturing processes. ? Collaborate with the engineering team to implement design changes that facilitate manufacturing efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
