2) Plan production as per client timelines
3) assigns works to karigar based on skills
4) Check stitching, finishing & altering
5) Lead and manage production, sourcing, and quality control across all collections.
6) Lead and manage production timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
7) Collaborate closely with the design team and manufacturing teams.
8) Mentor and guide the production team, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
9) Ensure all final products meet the brand's high standards for quality and craftsmanship

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
