Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Production Manager

to lead and manage end-to-end production operations of our AAC Block Manufacturing Plant. The role involves planning, execution, manpower management, quality control, cost optimization, and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to achieve targeted output and quality. Manage complete AAC block production processes including batching, mixing, casting, cutting, autoclaving, and packing. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and utilities. Monitor production KPIs, downtime, rejection rates, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments for smooth operations. Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and statutory norms. Implement cost-reduction and productivity-improvement initiatives. Maintain production records and daily/monthly performance and production reports. Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, housekeeping, and 5S practices at the plant. Train, motivate, and discipline production staff and supervisors. Support management in capacity expansion and process improvement projects.

Educational Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Civil / Chemical)

OR

Diploma with strong AAC block plant experience.

Experience

Minimum

5-10 years

of relevant experience in

AAC Block Manufacturing

or similar building material industry. Prior experience as Production Manager / Senior Production Engineer preferred.
