Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage daily production activities in Injection and Blow Moulding processes. Ensure

optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and materials

to meet production targets. Monitor machine performance, cycle times, and process parameters to achieve

consistent product quality

. Implement and maintain

5S, Lean, Kaizen

, and

other process improvement initiatives

. Ensure

preventive maintenance schedules

are followed and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns. Maintain records of production, downtime, and material usage. Train and develop the shop floor team on

SOPs, safety practices, and quality standards

. Ensure compliance with

safety, health, and environmental policies

. Coordinate with QA/QC teams to address product or process issues promptly. Identify and implement opportunities for

cost reduction and efficiency improvement

. Liaise with planning, purchase, stores, and dispatch for smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer Engineering. Minimum

10 years of hands-on experience

in

Injection and Blow Moulding

production.
Strong knowledge of moulding machines (e.g., Husky, Ferromatik, Aoki, etc.) and auxiliary equipment
