We have urgent requirement for Production Manager - Automation Industry (Age limit below 35) Job Summary: 1. As a production manager, you\'ll oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations. 2. Plan and draw up a production schedule. 3. Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate 4. select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance 5. set the quality standards 6. ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients and managers 7. monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed 8. monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes 9. organise the repair of any damaged equipment 10. liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients 11. ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times 12. ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met 13. work with managers to implement the company\'s policies and goals 14. collate and analyse data, putting together production reports for both factory managers and customers 15. supervise and motivate a team of workers 16. Review worker performance and identify training needs. 17. Maintain 5 s process properly. 18. ISO documentation. Qualificatio.
