Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Scheduling:

Quality Control and Compliance:
Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
Oversee the implementation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure product quality and consistency.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely release of batches.
Team Management and Supervision:
Lead, train, and manage production teams, ensuring high levels of motivation, performance, and safety awareness.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
Inventory and Resource Management:
