experienced Production Manager (PEB).
? ROLE OVERVIEW
The Production Manager will be responsible for
end-to-end shop floor operations
, ensuring smooth production flow of PEB components including rafters, columns, mezzanine beams, crane beams, bracings, and welded assemblies.
This leadership role demands
technical expertise, planning accuracy, machine knowledge, and strong team management skills.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Production Planning & Execution
Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Coordinate with PPC, Design, QA/QC, and Dispatch teams.
Ensure timely completion of job orders with accurate workflow management.
? Shop Floor Operations Management
Oversee CNC cutting, beam line, assembly, welding, fit-up, and finishing.
Monitor machine utilization, performance, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain strict process discipline and productivity standards.
? Quality & Safety Compliance
Ensure fabrication as per approved drawings and SOPs.
Work with QA/QC to reduce rejections and maintain prime-grade output.
Implement and monitor safety guidelines across the shop floor.
? Team Leadership & Manpower Handling
Manage supervisors, operators, fitters, welders, and support manpower.
Conduct daily briefings, productivity reviews, and skill improvement sessions.
Build a performance-driven and disciplined working environment.
? Coordination With Management
Provide clear production updates and highlight bottlenecks or risks.
Coordinate manpower requirements and machine/equipment needs.
Drive continuous improvement and cost-control initiatives.
