PRODUCTION MANAGER - FABRICATION & SHEET METAL

Location: Kurali

Working Days: Monday - Saturday



Manage end-to-end fabrication and sheet metal production operations. Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety norms while optimizing manpower, machines, and material flow across cutting, bending, welding, and assembly processes.

Core Expertise (Fabrication Focused)

Sheet metal & heavy fabrication operations Laser / Plasma / CNC cutting Press brake bending & forming Welding (MIG / TIG / Arc) Production planning & shop-floor control Defect reduction, RCA & CAPA Safety, quality & delivery compliance
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily & monthly fabrication production schedules

Supervise shop-floor activities across cutting, bending, welding & assembly

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Improve productivity, reduce rework, scrap & downtime

Coordinate with Quality, PPC & Engineering teams

Train, motivate, and discipline shop-floor manpower

Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering

15-20 years experience in sheet metal / heavy fabrication / railways / pressure vessel manufacturing

Strong people management & communication skills

Salary

Up to ₹20 LPA (Negotiable)
