We are seeking a

dynamic and experienced female Production Manager

to lead and oversee our in-house and outsourced production operations. This pivotal role ensures that our creations uphold the highest standards of quality while being delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

end-to-end garment production

-- from sampling to final dispatch. Coordinate closely with

design, pattern-making, and merchandising teams

to ensure seamless execution. Manage and monitor

production schedules, timelines, and budgets

to ensure on-time delivery. Liaise with

vendors, tailors, and craftsmen

to maintain quality and timely outputs. Source and manage

raw materials, fabrics, trims, and production-related items.

Implement and monitor

quality assurance processes

at every stage of production. Optimize production workflows to

minimize delays and reduce wastage.

Supervise and train the

production team

, ensuring high morale and efficiency. Oversee

inventory management

for raw materials and finished goods. Troubleshoot production-related challenges and ensure prompt resolution. Maintain compliance with

health, safety, and labor regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in the

luxury or designer wear segment

(ethnic or Indo-western preferred). Strong understanding of

garment construction, textiles, and finishing techniques.

Familiarity with

sustainable and ethical production practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
