Job Description

Lead and manage the technical operations of the water manufacturing unit, including production, processing, packaging, and maintenance. Ensure strict adherence to BIS and FSSAI guidelines and maintain all necessary compliance and certifications. Oversee and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and utility systems, including water treatment, RO, blow molding, bottling lines, and labeling equipment. Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Monitor production KPIs, analyze process bottlenecks, and implement process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with the R&D and Quality teams to maintain and elevate product quality. Manage plant utilities - including HVAC, power systems, and water resource management. Liaise with procurement for sourcing high-quality technical components and spare parts. Ensure health, safety, and environmental protocols are strictly followed across the plant. Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and operators - motivating, mentoring, and training them as required.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
