Position:

Production Manager - Pharmaceuticals

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage overall production operations of Injectable / General / Dry Powder sections.
Ensure production targets are achieved within defined quality, cost, and time parameters.
Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower, machines, and material utilization.
Implement and monitor GMP, GDP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance across production lines.
Supervise filling, packaging, and related processes ensuring zero deviations.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and Stores for smooth operations.
Lead production planning & control activities to meet market demand.
Ensure preventive maintenance and safety compliance in production areas.
Train, guide, and motivate production staff to enhance efficiency and skill levels.
Prepare and maintain production-related documentation and reports as per audit requirements.

Requirements:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.Tech (Chem / Pharma)
8-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (Injectables / General)
In-depth knowledge of GMP, WHO, and regulatory compliance
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and team management abilities
