Job Description

The role involves overseeing the entire manufacturing process, from raw material management to final assembly, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key responsibilities and skills for this role include:

Production Planning:

Developing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet targets and coordinating with sales and design teams.

Process Management:

Supervising daily operations, allocating tasks to workers, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements in assembly and woodworking techniques.

Quality Control:

Ensuring products meet quality standards at every stage of production to ensure defect-free items.

Inventory & Raw Material Management:

Coordinating with the purchase department to ensure timely availability of raw materials (wood, paints, etc.) and managing inventory levels.

Team Leadership:

Hiring, managing, training, and motivating staff while ensuring adherence to safety and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.

Compliance:

Ensuring factory operations comply with relevant regulations, including BIS certification and other statutory requirements for toy manufacturing .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
