Job Description

Opening for a highly skilled and experienced Paints Production Manager to oversee paint production operations. Responsible for meeting production targets, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Role & responsibilities: Capable of Handling Manpower, Administration & Day to day operations of a Paint Manufacturing Plant and should have good knowledge of plant maintenance, handling of raw materials, finished goods and environment management

Manage day-to-day production of the factory, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Monitor and analyse production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, maintenance, and quality control to ensure smooth workflow.
Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage
Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for improving productivity and reducing costs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as Production Manager or similar role in a paint manufacturing unit.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?75,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
