Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Assist Plant Head in planning, managing and executing production operations 2. Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule. 3. Identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays 4. Schedule routine inspection and maintenance of production equipment to prevent equipment break-downs and malfunctioning 5. Optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards 6. Ensure safety measures are procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards. 7. Ensure production process is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. 8. Determine resource requirements and work allocation for production operation. 9. Analyse overall budget and implement cost-optimization initiatives. 10. Should be able to maintain OEE, Cycle Time, Scrap Reduction Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA\xe2\x80\x99s) required to successfully perform the job: Knowledge: Knowledge about respective section/s(product). Skills: To provide best solution with time bound manner in manufacturing. Abilities: Should have ability to handle a team of more in numbers. To carry out meeting with top management. To coordinate with team members and improve the motivation of his/her skill. Experience: 12-15 Year Qualification: B.E or B. Tech in Mechanical Technical/Function Competencies 1. To motivate team for his/her performance. 2. Encourage the Team Member to work Safety & Quality Mind 3. Promotion of Kaizen Activities at Shop Floor 4. Identify of Losses & initiate Corrective Measure 5. Reduce of Rework & Line Rejection Percentage 6. Monitoring Plan vs Actual & Ensure Delivery on Time 7.
