Role:

Oversee all aspects of the brand's production and factory operations -- from fabric sourcing and inventory management to vendor coordination and timely collection execution. The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with strong leadership, vendor management, and organizational skills to ensure seamless production across categories.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily factory operations, production schedules, and manpower allocation. Source and procure fabrics, trims, and raw materials, ensuring quality and cost efficiency. Maintain accurate records of inventory, consumption, and material replenishment. Liaise between design, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely approvals and smooth handovers. Supervise sampling and bulk production to meet collection timelines. Monitor quality control at every stage -- from raw material inspection to final finishing. Coordinate with suppliers, tailors, and finishing units for on-time deliveries. Prepare production reports, consumption sheets, and costing summaries for internal review. Identify process bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements across the production line. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in factory or production management, preferably in fashion/apparel. Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and sourcing processes. Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership abilities.
