Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Monitor production schedules, batch records, and ensure timely completion of production targets.

Coordinate for the allocate manpower, machinery, and resources efficiently.

Coordinate with QA, QC, warehouse, and engineering departments.

Ensure proper documentation of DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ, SOPs, and batch manufacturing records.

Oversee raw material usage, in-process checks, and yield optimization.

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (FDA, WHO, GMP, ISO).

Conduct routine audits and inspections to maintain quality standards.

Implement risk-based quality management practices to minimize deviations.

Support validation activities for equipment, processes, and cleaning procedures.

Supervise operators and technicians, ensuring training and skill development.

Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene standards on the shop floor.

Conduct shift handovers and communicate production updates to senior management.

Encourage inclusive practices (e.g., Hindi versions of SOPs for better team understanding).

Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for higher productivity.

Implement lean manufacturing and cost-saving initiatives.

Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.

Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.

Conduct safety drills and enforce PPE usage.

Investigate incidents, deviations, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

Maintain records of safety undertakings and contractor compliance.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Assist in audits (internal/external) and provide required documentation.

Report production KPIs to senior management for decision-making

Qualifications:

B-Pharma& M-Pharma .

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
