Automation company is seeking a skilled Production Manager with expertise in fabrication, production floor processes, and material procurement. The ideal candidate will oversee manufacturing operations, ensure efficiency, and maintain quality standards.

Role & Responsibilities For Productions Manager -

1. Planning and organising production schedules- Planning with the Project team as per the client schedules. Have to plan and organize the Production Schedule.

2. Oversee fabrication processes to ensure precision and quality.

3. Coordinate material procurement to maintain optimal inventory levels.

4. Implement and monitor production floor processes for efficiency.

5. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow.

7. Train and mentor production staff for skill enhancement.

8. Assessing project and resource requirements- As per the Discussion with the Project

and sales teams, complete Sorting of required Material has to be done.

9. determining quality control standards- Regular Checks at production area should be

done for Quality Control.

10. Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials

11. organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

12. supervising and managing the work of junior and the Blue Collar staff- Required

Technical Skills

1. The candidate should have done graduation in B.E (Mechanical) or Diploma(Mechanical)

2. The Candidate should be Familiar with Drawings, studying the Drawings, Understanding the Production Drawings.

3. The candidate should have the knowledge about Welding's mechanisms,

Measurement's Devices, Must have knowledge about checking fabrication

alignments.

4. The candidate must be familiar with local markets for Procurements of special

items needed for productions.

5. The candidate should have basic Computer Skills like must know to operate word and excel. Other Skills which are Required are:
