Job title - Production Manager

Location - Dhar road, Indore

salary - Competitive ,based on experience.

Experience - 6 to 8 Years in Production of LED flied.

Key responsibilities:

Manage and optimize production processes for LED Light Manufacturing Lead and coordinate production teams to ensure timely delivery and Quality output. Implement and improve production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with R&D teams on new LED lighting designs and product operations. Monitor inventory levels and oversee procurement of materials. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in production operations. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required Skills and qualifications:

Proficiency in PCB designing and knowledge of light driver production. Strong understanding of LED lighting technology and its applications. Experience in managing production in a manufacturing environment. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in production management software. Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
