Job Title: Production Manager - Modular Furniture

Salary Range:

?30,000 - ?40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, organize and manage daily production operations for modular furniture Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow planning Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of products Coordinate with design, purchase, and installation teams Manage and supervise production staff and workers Maintain production reports, inventory tracking, and material planning Implement cost control strategies to reduce wastage and improve efficiency Ensure safety standards and compliance within the production unit Resolve operational issues and improve production processes

Required Skills:

Strong experience in modular furniture production Knowledge of panel cutting, edge banding, CNC, assembly etc. Leadership and team handling skills Production planning & Quality control knowledge Good communication and problem-solving ability
