5-10 years of experience in factory or production management (preferably in outdoor advertising, printing, or signage fabrication).
Strong understanding of factory administration, compliance, and operational control.
Knowledge of advertising fabrication, printing, and branding operations.
Familiarity with factory laws, ESI/PF, and labour documentation.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and daily reporting.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
