Job description for Production Manager:

Candidate should be from the garment industry only. Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. Planning & organizing production schedules, Line Planning, Target Fixation, Hourly Monitoring, WIP, Goods work Method & Maintenance planning. Achieving of the plan. Production Planning and control. Conducting Production Meeting as per order, Waste control, Schedule all Style to be cut, Sewn, Finished as per time. Daily Basis Follow up of the Process. Responsible for the Entire Factory Production , Planning , Quality. Reporting to Director of the Factory Daily Production. Implementation and Monitoring Continual improvement Project related to Production & Quality. Supervising of all Production Process in the factory Ensure to Maximum utilization of fabric and minimum generation of waste. Organizing relevant training sessions. Must also be able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines. Male candidate preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
