Role Summary:
Responsible for leading overall sheet metal production operations, ensuring efficient planning, quality control, manpower management, cost optimization, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules.
Supervise sheet metal operations: laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, welding, powder coating & assembly.
Optimize machine utilization, reduce downtime, and ensure timely maintenance.
Ensure quality compliance and reduce rework/rejections through root-cause analysis.
Improve productivity using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, etc.
Lead and manage supervisors and shopfloor workforce; ensure safety compliance.
Coordinate with Planning, Purchase, Design, Maintenance, Quality & Dispatch teams.
Drive process improvements, automation, and layout optimization.
Requirements
5-10 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication.
Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
