Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized

Production Manager

to oversee our end-to-end production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely manufacturing, maintain quality standards, manage staff, optimize workflow, and coordinate with design, sales, and dispatch teams.
This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume production efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee daily production activities. Allocate tasks to production staff and monitor workflow for efficiency. Ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch. Coordinate with design, printing, finishing, and packing teams. Maintain production schedules and ensure timely order completion. Manage inventory of raw materials, fabrics, inks, and hardware. Communicate with the sales and dispatch teams regarding delivery timelines. Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements. Maintain machinery, schedule servicing, and ensure safe working conditions. Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Production Manager, Supervisor, or similar role. Strong understanding of production workflow, materials, and quality standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines. Good communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic production reporting. Knowledge of fabric printing, sublimation, cutting, stitching, or finishing is a plus.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
