with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (preferred).
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of PEB fabrication processes - cutting, welding, fitting, blasting, and painting.
Familiarity with CNC, SAW, and other fabrication machinery.
Understanding of production planning, ERP systems, and lean manufacturing tools.
Key Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interdepartmental coordination.
Results-oriented with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery.
Knowledge of safety, ISO, and quality management systems.
HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning & Control
Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on project requirements and dispatch timelines.
Coordinate with Planning, Design, and Procurement teams to ensure material availability and smooth production flow.
Monitor progress against the production plan and take corrective actions for any delays.
2. Shop Floor Management
Supervise fabrication, welding, assembly, painting, and dispatch operations.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Optimize resource utilization -- manpower, machines, and materials.
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of production equipment.
3. Quality Assurance
Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain product quality as per drawings and specifications.
Implement quality checks at various stages of production.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities.
4. Manpower & Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets.
Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to safety and discipline.
Identify skill gaps and implement training programs for continuous improvement
5. Cost & Efficiency Management
Monitor production costs and ensure adherence to budgetary controls.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste.
Track OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and other KPIs.
6. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with Design, Planning, Purchase, and Dispatch departments for seamless operations.
Generate daily and monthly production reports and present performance metrics to management.
7. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Enforce compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of zero accidents.
Conduct safety audits and ensure corrective/preventive measures are implemented.
