We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee and manage our manufacturing operations for decorative paints, wall putty, and related products. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in the paints/chemicals industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day production activities ensuring smooth operations.
Plan and manage production schedules to meet order timelines.
Ensure quality control standards are followed in every batch.
Manage raw material planning, consumption, and inventory.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Purchase, and Sales teams.
Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance.
Supervise factory staff and ensure workforce efficiency.
Identify areas for process improvement and reduce wastage.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Chemical Engineering/Science or related field.
3-7 years of experience in a paint manufacturing unit (preferred).
Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and raw materials.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a team and handle work pressure effectively.
