Key Responsibilities:
Production & Process Management
Oversee day-to-day production
Implement and monitor production plans to achieve output targets within quality and time parameters.
Ensure all processes follow company SOPs and quality standards.
Planning & Coordination
Prepare detailed
production planning
based on order schedules and material availability.
Plan shift schedules for supervisors and operators.
Coordinate with raw material and packaging suppliers to ensure timely material availability and avoid production delays.
Plan
raw material and packaging material
requirements based on ongoing and upcoming production orders.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure production is carried out under proper hygiene, safety, and quality control standards.
Communication & Reporting
Maintain effective communication and coordination with company management and the manufacturing unit.
Share daily production reports and updates with management.
Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for dispatch planning and schedule adherence.
Maintain good working relationships across departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience:
3-5 years in confectionery production (candies, toffees, jellies, lollipops, chocolates, etc.).
Education:
Any graduate;
B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology
preferred.
Hands-on experience in
floor supervision
and managing production staff.
Detailed knowledge of
confectionery manufacturing processes
and
raw materials

Understanding of

Strong
