Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Execution
Plan and schedule daily production for printing, lamination, cutting, and finishing.
Ensure efficient utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.
Monitor order status and ensure timely completion and dispatch.
Quality & Process Control
Address print defects, lamination issues, or material problems immediately.
Team & Workflow Management
Supervise machine operators, helpers, and production staff.
Assign tasks and ensure discipline, safety, and productivity on the shop floor.
Provide training and guidance to improve skill levels.
Machine & Material Management
Coordinate with maintenance team for machine servicing and breakdowns.
Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage.
Ensure availability of inks, films, paper, adhesives, and packaging materials.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with Sales, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to meet customer deadlines.
Maintain daily production reports, output data, and machine performance logs.
Identify process improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiency.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
