Responsibilities of a Jewelry Production ManagerA jewelry production manager is responsible for:

Production Planning:

Overseeing daily production activities and capacity planning to meet business goals.

Quality Assurance:

Conducting inspections, implementing process monitoring, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Resource Management:

Allocating resources effectively and managing production schedules.

Team Management:

Supervising and developing the production team.

Loss Control:

Limiting gold loss during the manufacturing process and conducting random quality checks.

Continuous Improvement:

Analyzing feedback and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
