We are seeking a proactive and technically

Production Manager

for our welding and cutting equipment manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards, and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet delivery timelines. A background in electronics and testing is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations of welding and cutting machines and components. Monitor production schedules and align resources to meet output targets. Ensure product quality and reliability through routine inspections and testing. Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues in production with hands-on approach. Coordinate with design, QC, and maintenance teams to streamline operations. Maintain detailed production logs and submit regular performance reports. Optimize workflow and ensure minimal downtime on the shop floor. Enforce safety procedures and cleanliness in the production area. Train and mentor production staff on standard operating procedures.

Key Requirements:

Education:

B.E. in Electronics or equivalent.

Experience:

3 to 5 years in a manufacturing setup, preferably in welding/cutting equipment. Strong understanding of electrical and electronic testing processes. Proficient in reading technical drawings, circuit diagrams, and schematics. Hands-on experience with production tools, testing equipment, and troubleshooting. Good leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills. Residing between
