Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and control production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality. Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies. Manage and train production staff; ensure high team morale and discipline. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports and analyze performance. Manage equipment maintenance schedules to avoid unplanned downtime. Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain for seamless workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferable. 3 to 5 years of experience in a production supervisory or managerial role. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
