Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations of welding and cutting machines and components.
Monitor production schedules and align resources to meet output targets.
Ensure product quality and reliability through routine inspections and testing.
Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues in production with hands-on approach.
Coordinate with design, QC, and maintenance teams to streamline operations.
Maintain detailed production logs and submit regular performance reports.
Optimize workflow and ensure minimal downtime on the shop floor.
Enforce safety procedures and cleanliness in the production area.
Train and mentor production staff on standard operating procedures.
