Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a large team of supervisors, operators, and technicians. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Drive production efficiency to meet targets and financial goals. Develop and execute production plans to meet customer orders and maintain optimal inventory levels. Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed. Ensure successful implementation of SAP in collaboration with the IT department. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Stores to ensure smooth operations. Align production schedules with other teams to meet customer demand. Ensure product quality meets or exceeds industry standards. Implement and maintain quality control processes.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment related to controllers or electronics.

Skill:

? Experience with SAP implementation is highly desirable. ? Experience with SAP implementation is highly desirable. ? Proficient in production planning and inventory management. ? Understanding of quality assurance processes and practices.

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
