We are looking for an experienced

Production Manager

to plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes in our LT panel manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules Supervise and guide Production Supervisors and shop-floor teams Ensure timely completion and delivery of LT panels as per drawings Coordinate with Design, Stores, and Quality teams Monitor material availability and approve material requisitions Ensure machine maintenance, generator diesel checks, and utility availability Implement and monitor safety practices (PPE, uniforms, safety shoes) Track daily production status and report to management Reduce wastage and improve productivity and efficiency..

Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 2

-4- years experience

in LT panel manufacturing or electrical industry Strong knowledge of panel drawings, production planning, and shop-floor control Good leadership and team management skills Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

Skills Required

Production planning & control Manpower management Quality & safety management Problem-solving and decision-making MS Excel & basic reporting.
