Oversee and manage the entire masterbatch (PE, PP, PVC, Additive, Filler) production process, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of production targets.
Coordinate production schedules, optimize workflows, and ensure production deadlines are met while maintaining product quality.
Monitor machine and equipment performance to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
Analyze production data to identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
Implement and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all masterbatches meet the required specifications and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular checks and audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with the quality control team to perform testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for quality-related issues.
Supervise, train, and motivate the production team, ensuring that they are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
Manage staffing levels, schedules, and shift planning to ensure optimal manpower allocation.
Address and resolve any personnel issues, conflicts, or concerns within the team.
Ensure the availability of raw materials, additives, pigments, and other supplies needed for production.
Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to maintain proper inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.
Track and manage material consumption, reducing waste and optimizing material use.

Lead initiatives to optimize production workflows, reduce cycle times, and introduce new technologies or innovations in the manufacturing process.
Ensure that new production techniques and technologies are implemented effectively.
Maintain accurate production records, including batch data, quality test results, and maintenance logs.
Prepare regular reports for senior management, including production status, KPIs, issues, and solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and as per ISO documentation requirements.
Manage maintenance schedules for equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Master/Bachelors degree in Plastic Engineering from CIPET.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management with knowledge of colour, additives, filler, PE, PP, PVC masterbatches.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of implementing process improvements.
Knowledge of quality control standards, ISO audits is must.
Proficiency in MS-Office.
