We are looking for a

dedicated and experienced Production Manager

to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing production for

Laser Cutting Machines, CNC Router Machines

, or similar capital equipment industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:

Manage end-to-end production activities to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality output.

Planning & Scheduling:

Create and implement daily/weekly production plans to meet delivery timelines.

Resource Management:

Ensure optimal use of manpower, machinery, and materials.

Staff Supervision:

Lead, mentor, and monitor the shop floor team to maintain high performance and discipline.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.

Inventory & Supply Chain:

Coordinate with stores and procurement to ensure material availability and track usage.

Cost Control:

Monitor production costs and strive for continuous cost reduction without compromising on quality.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in

Laser or CNC Router machine

manufacturing is highly preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
