Job Title: Production Manager - Manufacturing / Fabrication Unit

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

Gender: Male

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

Experience: 5-7 years in a manufacturing or fabrication unit (supervisory or managerial role)

Salary Range: ₹50,000 - ?80,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet targets.

2. Supervise machine operators, welders, and fabrication teams to ensure efficient workflow.

3. Coordinate with Design, Purchase, and Quality departments for seamless operations.

4. Ensure adherence to production timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.

5. Monitor material utilization, minimize wastage, and drive process optimization.

6. Maintain production reports, manpower allocation, and performance tracking systems.

7. Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen / 5S).

8. Coordinate with the Maintenance team for equipment servicing and preventive maintenance.

9. Support management in achieving cost reduction and operational efficiency goals.
