Must have experience in sterile injectable manufacturing.

Develop & execute annual production plans for ampoule, vial and lyophilization lines

Monitor daily output, yield and OEE; implement corrective actions to meet targets

Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety rules and regulatory guidelines (FDA, WHO-

GMP)

Oversee preparation, validation and periodic audit of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)

and Batch Packing Records (BPR)

Coordinate with QC/QA for in-process checks, record reviews and batch release

Manage team of supervisors & operators; conduct training, performance reviews and

skill development

Drive continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma initiatives) to reduce rejects

and downtime
